We will begin a new lesson on TRUE LOVE
Todays lesson: LOVE IS PATIENT
Memory verse: “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.”

The children will memorize this passage during the series. Kids may want to start this week with the first verse (highlighted in red) and learn additional verse each week.

We are continuing our lesson on how to worship God. Today we will be looking at how Obedience is another way to worship God.
Memory Verse:
Jesus answered, ‘It is written: Worship the Lord your God and serve Him only.” Luke 4:8
Summary: Abraham obeyed God even when it was hard. Because Abraham trusted and loved God, his obedience was an act of worship. You and I are worshiping God when we obey Him too! When we chose what’s right and have a heart that wants to please God, then we show God that we love Him

Happy Sunday All
I hope you had a blessed week. We have been learning about “Helpers of God” the past couple of weeks. Through all the stories we learned that we are also helpers of God. We can be God’s helper by
1) showing kindness, love, care for others.
2) By praying for others
3) showing the love of Christ and sharing his word with others
Today we will begin a new lesson titled “WORSHIP” What is worship? How do we worship God? What does the bible say on how to worship God? does worship only mean when we sing to the Lord? These will be some questions we will answer in the next few weeks. So Get ready it is going to be EXCITING!

Happy Sunday 1st and 2nd grader’s!!!
I hope you loved our Movie Sunday last week. We will have Movie Sundays every three weeks. 😊😊😊
Today we will be looking at the story of Ruth. She become God’s helper by showing loyalty and care To Naomi. Naomi lost her Husband and both of her sons. She was extremely sad and lonely. Ruth become her only friend. Ruth helped take care of Naomi and helped her become happy again.
God wants us to be great friends to others. That is one of the many ways we can become God’s helper.
NEXT WEEK: we will start zoom meeting!! I am so excited!!!! I can’t wait to see you all🧡🧡🧡

ASSIGNMENT: Choose from the following options. After choosing please take a picture or video of your child with his/her answer and upload them in the link below the lesson. The submissions will directly be sent to my email. I will share the names of the students who competed the assignment to encourage others. (Kids love being recognized)

Option 2: list your favorite bible story?
Option 3: list one helper of God in the Bible?
Option 4: Memorize a bible verse of your child’s choice and record.
